• Minimum size: 20cm (H) x 20cm (W)
• Maximum size: 50cm (H) x 50cm (W)
• Must include a handle or string for carrying
• Must be made mainly from recycled ang pow
• Must be able to stand or hang properly
• LED lights are allowed
• Time allocated: 90 minutes
• No materials will be provided.Each participant must bring their materials (such as angpows, glue, scissors etc.).
• Participants must begin with raw materials only; the use of partially processed (semi-finished) or fully finished products is not permitted
• Final entries must be submitted to the judging table upon completion.
• Judging criteria: Creativity, neatness, and visual impact.
• The judges’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entertained
