- This contest is only opened to kids aged 3 to 12 years old.
- Limited to the first 50 participants. First come, first served.
- Each participant must dress in their own costume.
- Judging criteria: Use of creativity, cultural flair, and visual impact.
- The judges’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entertained.

Candy Bag Making Workshop |
- This workshop is only opened to kids aged 3 to 12 years old.
- Limited to the first 50 participants. First come, first served.
- All tools and materials will be provided.
- Participants are expected to handle all materials with care. The Organizer will not be responsible for damages due to misuse.
- Parents / guardians are encouraged to guide the children during the workshop, walkabout, and are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety.
- Participants who wish to join the Trick or Treat Walkabout without attending the Candy Bag Workshop are required to bring their own treat bags, as Atria Shopping Gallery will not be providing them.
